Terms and conditions of use
1. PARTIES
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between users of the site at www.loire-valley-tasting.com (‘the site’) and INTERLOIRE, the interprofessional body for Loire Valley wines. INTERLOIRE is registered with SIRENE, under number 429 164 072 00143, and its head office is at 62 rue Blaise Pascal, Tours. The site is published and administered by Mr Lionel Gosseaume, president of INTERLOIRE.

2. DEFINITION
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘use’ includes all operations performed by the user, including simply visiting the site on any device including (but not limited to) a computer, tablet or smartphone using a private, third-party or public wi-fi connection from any location in France or abroad.
3. ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing or using any part of the site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
By using the site, you also confirm that you recognise and accept the features and limitations of the technology associated with internet use, particularly (but not limited to) response times, technical performance and risk of disruptions to service.
Your experience of using the site also depends on the hardware you use, the quality of your internet connection and your choice of browser. None of this can be deemed the responsibility of INTERLOIRE.
4. PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The purpose of the site is to enable you to:
o register for the Wine Paris Free Tasting Zone by submitting samples;
o discover the products and services offered by www.loire-valley-tasting.com;
o contact our suppliers/winemakers, taste the wines and access detailed information about them using the code provided;
o rate the wines and add comments about them;
o build up your own list of favourites and retrieve it as and when required.
This list is intended as a guide only, and is not exhaustive. INTERLOIRE reserves the right to add to it or delete from it, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
5. WEBSITE CONDITIONS OF USE
The site is meant for use only by persons who have reached the age of majority, who have the capacity to contract, and who wish to register for the Prowein Free Tasting Zone by submitting samples.
When using the site, you agree to refrain from:
• Conducting any unlawful activity based on information given in the site;
• Extracting or collecting the personal data of other users in any way;
• Extracting, storing or using any part of the site for any reason other than browsing, particularly content subject to intellectual property rights or relating to privacy, personal data or image rights;
• Stealing or assuming the identity of a third party.
Overall, you agree to refrain from behaving in a way which may harm the interests of INTERLOIRE or any third party.
6. DISCLAIMER
As a user, you accept full responsibility for your use of the site.
INTERLOIRE cannot be held liable if the service becomes temporarily unavailable for technical or maintenance reasons, and as the user, you recognise that this may happen from time to time, and waive any claim in this respect.
INTERLOIRE cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for:
o network malfunctions preventing or limiting the use or functionality of the site;
o loss of data or content for reasons beyond INTERLOIRE’s control;
o issues caused by viruses, bugs, errors or failures beyond INTERLOIRE’s control;
o any damage sustained by the user’s device beyond INTERLOIRE’s control.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site is protected by laws governing intellectual property rights, notably copyright and trademark laws, and other provisions designed to protect domain names, traditional knowledge systems, software and databases etc.
INTERLOIRE and/or its partners own all rights to such content.
INTERLOIRE grants the user limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access, browse and use the content on this site without any right to sub-license. This licence does not grant any other rights, and you expressly agree to refrain from using it for commercial gain. Any unauthorised use of the site content will be deemed fraud or unfair competition.

The site includes links to third-party websites. INTERLOIRE cannot guarantee the quality of the content on these sites, or their proper functioning, and cannot be held liable for their content. You should exercise due caution when using the information provided in these sites.
